Robert Half has partnered with a very dynamic and innovative company in Omaha who is a reputable provider of electrical products and solutions, serving a diverse clientele of electrical distributors and contractors. They are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that their clients receive accurate and timely support for their projects. As they continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Project Order Management:
Receive and manage new project orders from electrical distributors.
Ensure that orders align with quoted specifications and are entered into the system with precision and accuracy.
Collaborate with internal teams to address any discrepancies and ensure smooth order processing.
Front-line Phone Support:
Provide responsive phone support to address inquiries from customers regarding order status, product availability, pricing, and shipment schedules.
Offer assistance with general company information and product inquiries to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Order Issue Resolution:
Act as a primary point of contact for resolving order-related issues.
Communicate effectively with customers and manufacturers to address concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Proactively identify potential problems and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks and minimize disruptions to customer orders.
Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma required; college degree is a plus.

Bonus points for familiarity with the construction industry and electrical products.
