What We Need From You

As aDirector of Nursing /RN,You will oversee the daily clinical operations of the nursing department to assure that each resident receives the necessary care and services in accordance with the resident's comprehensive assessment and care plan. Plan, organize, develop, evaluate and direct clinical services of the health center; quality assurance/quality control, policy and procedures, and regulatory compliance. Manages proper staffing levels. Direct and disseminates information to nursing staff. You will feel great knowing you do meaningful work helping residents and their families!

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required; currentRegistered Nurse license/ RNin Nebraska or current compact state license required. A minimum of a BSN from an accredited school of nursing is preferred.
  • 5 years of leadership experience in nursing; 2 years experience as DON or ADON - LongTerm Careexperience required.
  • Requires strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments.
  • Ability to demonstrate positive attitude, patience, emotional maturity to effectively communicate and interact with residents, families and co-workers.
