CHI Health, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, includes 150+ clinics delivering quality care to patients across Nebraska and southeast Iowa. Our full-service network provides a variety of Primary Care & Priority Care Services, including Family, Internal, Geriatric, and Pediatric Medicine, in addition to several specialties to deliver custom care based on the unique needs of our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent customer service to all callers.

  • Conducts initial intervention with callers to determine most appropriate referral. If service requested is not provided by CHI Health will refer to a community resource.

  • Refers and collaborates with other internal and external agencies and significant others having a joint interest in meeting the needs of the client.

  • Uses problem solving skills to meet the needs of callers and identify lapses in the service line which create problems for callers.

  • Maintains current and accurate accounting of the calls received on a monthly bases as well as any other information requested.

  • Works collaboratively with the psychiatric emergency center on emergency situations.

  • Schedule for Outpatient Psych Associates and Psychiatrist Immediate Care Clinic.

  • Assist Psychiatric Associates clinics with reminder calls as needed.

Qualifications

Experience

Preferred:

Will possess 2-4 years of mental health and/or chemical dependency experience. Knowledge of community resources is helpful.

Education/Licensure

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling/Social Work or other related field. Post bachelors work preferred.

Pay Range

$21.80 - $31.62 /hour
