DRM owns 121 Arby's restaurants in the Midwest area and 1 Buffalo Wild Wings Go (BWWGO) location in Omaha, NE. If you have high attention to detail and are very organized, then DRM is looking for you!

Position

DRM is looking for a person that has experience with providing technical and administrative support, installation, maintenance and software training support. This position monitors and develops procedures for computer and network management, supports store employees and operations as well as the support center systems.

An associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems or equivalent certifications or experience required. 5 years related work experience as a System Administrator, IT Specialist, and/or Azure/365 administrator or any similar combination of education and experience. Experience with Microsoft Azure and 365 and/or associated Microsoft certifications strongly preferred.

The essential job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain the physical and cloud IT infrastructure.

  • Assist with the IT Equipment lifecycle (purchasing, warranty replacement, disposal)

  • Provide in-house computer and network support and training related to software and hardware to the Corporate Office and store locations.

  • Configure and manage end user access. Maintain user-level security access. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

  • Configure, monitor, and maintain backup and recovery processes.

  • Prepare, update and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and operational procedures.

  • Configure and install any of the following as part of project services: Networking Equipment, servers, workstations, software, backup solutions, printers, and other commercial IT solutions.

  • Participate in testing and deployment of new network hardware and software, including cloud-based solutions.

  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of operating system and application software being used to provide high levels of support to users.

  • Utilize technologies to provide operations with fast, accurate, effective and secure access to information.

  • Coordinate vendors in installing and configuring vendor specific IT solutions.

  • Conduct informal training with end users as needed.

  • Act as an escalation point for system issues and facilitate internal communications as needed.

  • Ability to work one week and weekend per month taking after hours support calls.

  • Other duties as required and assigned by management.
