ABOUT EMPIRE SCREEN PRINTING: Empire is a family-owned, award-winning business that prides itself on using environmentally-friendly print methods. Empire is a full-service company in OEM and POP markets, producing overlays, vinyl decals, crystal-line domes, nameplates, magnets, and roll labels, using UV LED and UV screening, digital and flexographic printing. JOB SUMMARY: This is a team oriented position with the expectation of value stream operators to cross-train and rotate jobs within all aspects of print production processprinting, laminating, die cutting, inspection and packing, using state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly equipment. FIRST SHIFT: Monday - Thursday 5:25 am - 3:30 pm RESPONSIBILITIES: Changeover in costed time Ensure quality Maintain pull Operate all equipment Run in costed time MINIMUM QUALIFICAITIONS & SKILLS: All job candidates should work with well others with minimum supervision, have a team-oriented mindset, the desire to learn/cross-train, attention to detail, have and maintain a positive attitude, and be able to problem solve.
