POSITION SUMMARY As an Accountant/Analyst, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational accounting support, reporting, and financial control management, while driving process improvement through data analysis and supporting innovation initiatives. This full-time position is based in Onalaska, WI, working Monday through Friday. Additional responsibilities: Balance general ledger accounts and activity. Prepare and reconcile inventory quantities and costs. Analyze account data for exceptions and resolve variances. Coordinate with operations on internal product trends and expectations. Prepare reports for internal and external use. Assist accounting team in process enhancements and automation. Maintain electronic files and documentation thoroughly and accurately.
