To learn more about us, visit: www.mathy.com. POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a qualified full-time Accounting & Contracts Specialist to join our administrative team! This Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to: * Communicate effectively and professionally with team members, external customers, and vendors to support business functions, as needed. * Coordinate and process project contracts and procurement requirements. * Administer contract and subcontract setup and payments. * Review accounting procedures to ensure accuracy and proper coding, while maximizing efficiency. * Working with the ERP system (construction software package Viewpoint) to provide information for the business to operate efficiently. * Coordinate Accounts Payable/Receivables, Inventory, Cash Management, Equipment and Job Cost functions and protocols. * Assist in monthly and year-end financial closing procedures. * Work on special projects and prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as needed. * As a leader, demonstrate organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and assignments concurrently. * Cross-train in other areas of business as needed. This is a full-time position located on-site in Onalaska, WI, working Monday through Friday. SAETY AND COMPLIANCE We prioritize the safety and wellness of our teams and the communities we operate in. Position Requirements A degree with three or more years of experience, or equivalent experience of five or more years. Experience in contract procedures is helpful. Experience in preparation of financial statements. Proficient computer skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Complete multiple assignments and projects on a daily concurrently. Highly organized with strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work and lead in a team environment as well as independently.
