SUMMARY: Responsible for providing Psychiatric evaluation, monitoring and psychopharmacology services to individuals within the clinic setting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Consults with each person receiving services and/or collaterals regarding treatment outcomes and course of treatment, at least semiannually either in person or via telehealth. Must be available for on-site services at least one day per week at Oneida location.Electronically documents in each person’s confidential electronic clinical record, all diagnostic assessment reports, individual plans of treatment and treatment notes regarding service being recommended and/or delivered. Participate in necessary follow up related to billing for services.Review, update and complete treatment plans every six months electronically.Works in conjunction with the Clinic Psychiatrist and will provide coverage for the Clinic Psychiatrist when necessary.
Minimum Salary: 75 Maximum Salary: 80 Salary Unit: Hourly
