Join us! Senior Human Resources Manager - Oostburg The Senior Human
Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the HR function at the
Oostburg facility, ensuring the implementation of company policies and
programs, and providing strategic HR guidance to support the overall
business goals and objectives. Ensure full compliance with all
employment-related laws and regulations. Conduct legal audits to ensure
HR practices adhere to legal standards. Foster a positive work
environment through effective employee relations/retention strategies.
Resolve employee relations issues including conflict resolution,
harassment investigations, employee disputes, attendance issues, and
general concerns. Monitor HR metrics and provide reports to
Senior/Executive Management. Analyze data to identify trends and areas
for improvement. Use HR analytics to support decision-making processes.
Guide Oostburg Production Operations with employee relations,
performance management, and plant policy adherence. Support Talent
Acquisition Team with Oostburg plant recruiting initiatives. Conduct
stay interviews and exit interviews for all Oostburg plant employees and
analyze interview results to continuously improve upon company programs
and processes. Supervise Human Resources Coordinator and Plant
Receptionist at the Oostburg facility. Assist with other
human-resource-related duties as assigned. Perform special projects as
assigned by the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources & Corporate
Communications, Director of Human Resources-Operations, or other senior
management. Support Director of Human Resources-Operations with
Mandatory Meetings and Orientation. What You Can Offer Bachelor Degree
in supervisory management, training, human resources, or related field
or equivalent experience is required. Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
