Responsibilities
Payroll processing
Enter Time & attendance
Handle all benefits (health, dental, vision, life, disability, and Paid time off) in HRIS system, payroll software and files.
Assisting and backing up the HR Specialist.
Assisting with employee orientation, training, performance reviews, recognition programs, counseling, and benefits.
Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits.
Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries.
Knowledge of Accounts Payable.
