Caregiver/DSP
Setting: Residential
Location: Buena Park & Santa Ana
Duration: 13 weeks with a possibility of extension
Start date: ASAP
Pay: $21/hour
Schedule: Varying shifts/days available! (AM/PM/NOC) must be comfortable working weekends/holidays
Duties
Work to improve, enrich and respect the lives of individuals with developmental, physical, and mental disabilities
Develop and implement behavioral management care plans
Maintain accurate case management reports
Develop and implement plans for individuals to achieve greater independence, daily goals, and community integration
Supervise individuals with their Activities of Daily Life
Requirements
Staff must clear all medicals prior to starting (TB test, drug screen, physical)
