What you’ll be doing:

  • This position is responsible for the strategic implementation of marketing plans, collateral, and communication efforts for retaining and winning new clients. If you enjoy working with the world’s best brands, in a fast-paced environment, read on!

  • In this role, you will create, manage, and execute on-brand marketing strategies to win new business, grow an existing account or retain a current account.

  • The Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing efforts across a wide variety of accounts to RFPs, penetrate accounts and help secure large opportunities.

  • This person will increase revenue heavily through effective RFP and presentations, while also project managing cross functional teams, designing solutions, and advocating for the client’s needs.

  • Multi-tasking, time-management, creative thinking, attention to detail, presentation development skills, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment are imperative.

What you bring to the table:

  • A passion for developing and executing a sales-driving, multi-faceted marketing plan – primarily RFPs and presentations.

  • A talent for collaborating with internal team members to gain a comprehensive understanding of the account, target audiences and marketing needs. Transforming your knowledge into a solution to deliver sales-driving results.

  • Data-driven curiosity for tracking and analyzing results of each campaign to recommend improvements and strategies for future campaigns in presentations to the client.

  • Collaboration with the creative team to produce effective marketing collateral.

  • A highly skilled project manager/lead who can navigate marketing initiatives cross-departmentally.

  • Project management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external contacts

  • Attention to detail

What’s needed - Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications, or equivalent work experience

  • 4+ years relevant work experience in marketing or related field

What’s needed - Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel

  • Experience working with agencies and/or vendors

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytic software

  • Familiarity with email and eCommerce marketing

  • Familiarity with Marketing or similar marketing automation software
