DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Billing and Collections Specialist, you will complete our award-winning, paid training to learn the skills required to be a successful member of our administrative team. You will use teamwork along with self-management to build relationships with our customers through a customer-focused lens and be a key point of contact for both current and potential customers.
You will
* Utilize strong listening skills and probing questions to identify customer concerns and evaluate their needs.
* Communicate empathetically with customers, building trust and handling objections within a conversational call flow.
* Close pest control sales via telephone and schedule the initial service.
* Perform outbound calls to customers to follow up on service received and regarding outstanding customer account balances.
* Handle special billing and collection calls, assisting with accounts payable/receivable processes.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries related to invoicing, purchase orders, payment portals, and other billing-related matters.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account information.
* Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure timely payment processing.
