Job Summary Provide quality customer service at the receptionist desk answering incoming calls and greeting visitors to the building. Responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that require attention to detail and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct calls in a professional manner ensuring an exceptional customer service experience.

Greet and assist callers and visitors with general information and help to determine proper company contact.

Receive, sort, and distribute mail daily.

Utilize the online process to order office supplies, printed materials, and, promotional products as directed. Monitor supplies inventory at the location and assist in coding vendor bills.

Coordinate and communicate building administrative requests to the responsible manager.

Perform the daily task of shipping invoices in the system and scanning the documents for record retention.

Provide administrative support to various departments within the location when available. Minimum work experience requirements:

Minimum two years of office experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry

Detail-oriented, self-motivated and organized individual

Strong interpersonal communication skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and set priorities. Minimum education requirements:

High School Diploma required.
