Position Overview:

Morgan & Morgan is disrupting the legal space, constantly looking for ways to be there for our clients. We are hiring an on-the-road driver, preferably one with event marketing experience. This qualified professional will drive a commercial vehicle to visit some of our major locations, weekly events, conferences, townhalls, popups, and then some.

The Field Operations Associate will drive a branded Morgan & Morgan recreational vehicle with enthusiastic focus of always having it on the road and handling the infrastructure of events.

Responsibilities:

The Field Operations Associate position is one of the most important positions in our company. You are the face of the organization, and the one interacting most with the general public, educating them on our services and everything we have to offer. Shaking hands, kissing babies, and spreading goodwill to all.

The FOA should have stellar client service skills, and the ability to think on their feet proactively to address issues as they come up on the road. This fast paced, but carefully orchestrated program, requires discipline and enthusiasm. This opportunity offers professional development and daily client interaction, blended with time to solo it alone across the US.

In addition, they will be capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders in operations, sales, and marketing to influence improvements that will benefit our clients.

This is a new position within Marketing so the ideal candidate will be a creative self-starter willing to build out the process partially from legacy and mostly from scratch.

Expectations:

Based in Orlando, FL with extensive travel

Up to 20,000 miles driven and traveled

Assist the set-up and material management for events: set-up swag displays, tech, and physical signs

Attend and assist with the execution of town halls, popups, conferences, and other events

Flexible hours, working 40 hours/week including travel and event time

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW/HAVE:

  • CLEAN DRIVING RECORD (will be reviewed prior to hire)

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Open to random drug testing

  • Energetic, outgoing personality

  • Well-groomed appearance

  • Branded working uniform, which will be provided

  • Effective time management / punctuality

  • Communication skills (verbal & written)

  • Must own a smartphone

  • Knowledge of how to get around one or more of our service areas (see below for specific service areas)

  • Based in Orlando, Florida but dedicated to the travel requirement

  • Bilingual is a PLUS! +
