アマゾンジャパンの配送部門（Amazon Logistics: AMZL）は日本における大部分のサービスを提供しており、その高品質かつ革新的な配送サービスにより、お客様満足に貢献しています。同部門におけるUnder the Roof (UTR) とは、出荷拠点から発送された商品を配送地域・配送ドライバー毎に仕分け、バンまたはトラックに積載するまでの業務の総称です。UTR Safetyは、これらUTR業務の安全性の向上をリードする立場で、その対象範囲はUTRにおける全工程ならびにそれらに関わる全ての人々に及びます。
具体的には、安全衛生に関する中期・年間目標の作成、現状とのギャップ分析、目標達成に向けた実施計画の策定と実行を社内外の関係部門（関係会社）と共に推進します。デリバリーステーションオペレ-ションにおける事故情報・危険情報の収集、原因分析、それらに対する予防措置と是正措置の策定と推進を行っています。Amazonのグローバル技術ソリューションの中から国内に効果的な安全プログラムやプロジェクト活動を通じて導入します。各拠点や部門の責任者・担当者並びに協力会社様・個人事業主様と共にUTR safety全体の安全レベルを高めることに注力します。
Job Summary

Amazon Japan's delivery division (Amazon Logistics: AMZL) provides most of the services in Japan and contributes to customer satisfaction with its high-quality and innovative delivery services. In this division, Under the Roof (UTR) is a general term for the work of sorting products shipped from the shipping base by delivery area and delivery driver, and loading them into vans or trucks. UTR Safety is in a position to lead the improvement of safety in these UTR operations, and its scope extends to all processes in UTR and all people involved in them.
Specifically, we will promote the creation of mid-term and annual goals for safety and health, gap analysis with the current situation, and the formulation and execution of implementation plans to achieve the goals together with related departments (affiliated companies) both inside and outside the company. We collect accident and danger information in delivery station operations, analyze the causes, and develop and promote preventive and corrective measures. We introduce effective safety programs and project activities from Amazon's global technology solutions in Japan. We focus on improving the overall safety level of UTR safety together with managers and staff of each base and department, as well as partner companies and individual business owners.
Key job responsibilities
その中でUTR managerには下記の業務を期待します。
1) 現場での緊急事態、ピーク時の安全性、寒冷/熱ストレス、人間工学/クリーン/カイゼン特別イベント、その他ユニークなWHS状況に対する安全計画を策定する。
2) 適用される全ての Amazon WHS ポリシーを遵守するための指導と監督を行う。
3) ビジネス WHS イニシアチブをサポートするため、WHS 記録を確実に残し、正確な報告および指標を提供する。
４）特定された潜在的リスクへの曝露を排除し、傷害を防止するための解決策を開発し、実施する。
５) WHSの方針、基準、現地規制の公表要件に対するギャップを検出する。また欠陥に伴い特定された全リスクを検証し、軽減するためのサイトの計画を策定する。
6) トレーニング、監査、採点方法が正確で一貫していることを確認するため、職場の組織とアソシ エイトの行動を監査する。
7) 現場のリーダーおよびアソシエイトがトレーニングを受け、各ポリシーに基づいて必要な知識を有していることを確認する。またすべてのWHSトレーニングの質、実施方法（トレーナーの資格を含む）、有効性を監査する。
8) 配備された安全ツールの有効性をレビューし、継続的な改善を確実にするための改訂をおこなう。
As a UTR WHS Manager, you will:
1) Plan and plan safety for on-site emergencies, peak safety, cold/heat stress, ergonomic/clean/kaizen special events, and other unique planned WHS situations.
2) Provide guidance and oversight for compliance with all applicable Amazon WHS policies.
3) Ensure WHS records are kept and provide accurate reporting and metrics to support business WHS initiatives.
4) Develop and implement solutions to eliminate exposure to identified potential risks and prevent injury.
5) Detect gaps against WHS principles, standards, and local court published requirements, and develop site to site mitigation plans to validate all identified risks with deficiencies.
6) Audit workplace organization and associate actions to ensure training, auditing, and scoring methods are accurate and consistent.
7) Ensure on-site leaders and associates are trained and have the required knowledge based on each policy, and audit the quality, delivery (including trainer qualifications), and effectiveness of all WHS training.
8) Reviewed the effectiveness of deployed safety tools and made revisions to ensure continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
More than 3 years of experience in safety management as a full-time employee (regardless of industry)
Experience in on-site safety instruction and implementation of safety measures.
EHS-related risk assessment, accident cause investigation and implementation of corrective measures
Business-level Japanese language skills (work experience in creating and reading business documents, meetings, etc.)
Business-level English skills (work experience in creating and reading business documents, meetings, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
A positive attitude towards contributing to an inclusive culture and working in a diverse group
Experience implementing and maintaining ISO18001/45001 and transportation safety management
Experience in management system audits (regardless of whether auditing or being audited. Safety-related is preferred)
Experience participating in projects (P.M. experience is preferred)
Knowledge of domestic safety-related laws (Occupational Safety and Health Act, Labor Standards Act, Fire Service Act)
Experience in standardizing and implementing requirements based on the Transportation and Road Traffic Act
