Job Requirement
At least 5 years of experience as a development engineer in the electronic components and semiconductor industry
Knowledge of electronic components and semiconductor manufacturing processes (die stacking, 3D, etc.)
Basic business IT skills such as Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Experience in process flow construction and optimization (including establishment of measurement methods) and process structure design for electronic components or semiconductor devices
Experience in mass production introduction of new processes and new products in electronic components or semiconductor devices
Experience as a project leader, team leader, or module leader working on electronic components or semiconductor devices
Experience in overseas assignment or process transfer overseas, and experience in communicating in English without an interpreter
Experience in clean room work and handling various measurements (CD-SEM, film thickness measurement, etc.)
Experience in various data analysis using various analysis tools such as Exensio and JMP
Excellent communication skills, writing and presentation skills in English
