JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: Serve as point of contact for clients and always striving to find products that best fit their individual needs to build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships. Aid internal departments by collecting information, such as new product applications, or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of customer data and feedback, and identifying industry trends. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Work with multiple organizational layers at an account, as well as internally at SNC. Set specific account strategies and objectives to achieve mutual growth for both the customer and SNC. Work with accounts on new product development. Manage customer pricing to insure profitability. Maintain thorough product knowledge of the SNC line and capabilities. Work across internal departments to drive quotes, new product development, and marketing initiatives to completion. Uphold highest level of customer service. Support co-workers within the department. Maintain customer records in the SNC database (CRM/ERP). Promptly handle customer issues in accordance with company procedures to maintain compliance with ISO regulations. Maintain regular communication with customers through meetings at their premises, phone/video calls, email. Support marketing activities at the direction of the VP Sales & Marketing. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: -Fluent in English. Communicate clearly with staff, customers, and other key members in the company while maintaining a high level of professionalism. -Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written and/or oral instructions. Being able to quickly assess large amounts of information and data. Consider and evaluate the interrelationships of numerous factors and to select the best course of action is imperative. Sound intuitive judgment is crucial to reaching favorable decisions. Certain qualities, including self-confidence, motivation, decisiveness, and flexibility, as well as the ability to communicate effectively, and sound business judgment are important. The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: 1.Personable, friendly and able to deal effectively with customers and manage multiple priorities. 2.Assertive, confident and able to work with minimum supervision. 3.Ability to interpret prints and drawings. 4.Command of MS Excel.
