JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary Reporting directly to the Director Of
Sales, the Director of Strategic Accounts will be responsible for the
overall management of the sales and major account initiatives. This
position is responsible for identifying customer key contacts,
organizational structure, capital plans, etc. for assigned strategic
accounts. This position will understand account specification and train
both internal teams and external Regional Sales. This position will
identify continuous improvement opportunities for the Company and assist
Regional Sales to yield orders/growth. At the appropriate time the
accounts will be transitioned to the direct sales force for continued
service and new strategic accounts will be developed. Goals

business growth. Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution:
Collaborate with the Sales Director and ASBU General Manager to
developannual strategic plans. Ensure alignment with the Company\'s
overall strategy. Implement initiatives that drive growth within
strategic accounts. Account Management: Identify and understand
thecorporate goalsof assigned strategic accounts. Develop and
implementstrategic plansto increase sales and achieve customer
objectives. Proactively managecontract negotiations(terms and
conditions, master service agreements). Create and maintain profiles in
Salesforce of assigned strategic accounts, account contracts and
renewals Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships
with key customer contacts. Train both internal teams and external
Regional Sales on account specifications. Ensure customer satisfaction
by over-delivering on expectations. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Foster comradery across business functions. Emphasize that \"we are all
in this together.\" Work collaboratively to address customer needs and
challenges. Train internal teams on strategic account
specifications/standards and develop best practice workbooks Technical
Expertise and Market Adaptability: Stay abreast of changing market
dynamics, customer requirements, and project conditions. Leverage field

Business Growth: Drive business expansion by gaining deeper insights
