JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized
and detail-oriented Engineering Project Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our
engineering department, ensuring smooth operations and effective
communication within the team and with other departments. This position
requires a proactive individual with strong project management skills
and a solid understanding of engineering principles. Major
Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage engineering projects from
inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Serve
as a liaison between the engineering team and other departments,
facilitating clear and effective communication. Maintain and update
project documentation, including schedules, reports, and technical
documents. Assist in the preparation of technical drawings,
specifications, and other engineering documents. Monitor project
progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Organize and
participate in project meetings, preparing agendas and minutes. Support
the engineering team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling,
resource allocation, and procurement. Ensure that the stakeholders have
the most accurate and updated information to guarantee the project\'s
success. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations,
and company policies. Required Education / Experience / Skills:
Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related
field. ERP management experience such as creation and updates of BOM,
routings, and labor assignment to every step of the product
manufacturing process. Lean and Continuous Improvement knowledge.
Problem solving ability. 3+ years of experience in an engineering
coordination or project management role, preferably within a capital
equipment OEM. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. High level
of accountability and sense of urgency. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and
tools. Knowledge of engineering principles and practices. Ability to
work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail. Ability
to establish technical conversations with engineers, associates and
customers. Willingness to spend up to 50% of a work day on the
manufacturing floor. Experience with CAD software and technical drawing.
Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent). Ability to read
and propose improvements to mechanical, electrical & pneumatic drawings.
Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations. Candidates must
be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company
