About This Opportunity
The Service and Preventative Maintenance Coordinator will support the Service and Preventative Maintenance Business Unit and its customers in providing an exceptional customer experience. In this role, the SPM coordinator will collaborate with internal support team to accurately quote parts and labor for specific service needs.

What You Will Do
Schedule and dispatch GFS Service Technicians to complete urgent service requests for customers.
Assist customers via phone, email, and service platform to schedule services and help diagnose common equipment issues
Understand and utilize both internal and customer specific software to schedule, resolve, and track completion of preventative and maintenance services
Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance and service requirement with internal and external partners to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer service needs
Create and build automated service work order templates to support PM activity
Manage and update spare parts for customers equipment that are under contract
Every employee is expected to support the GFS Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with our Quality System Manual and Quality Procedures.
What You Have to Offer
High school diploma with 3-5 years of experience in customer service
Associate or bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience in customer service
