You will be part of our Integrated Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of our Customer + Operational Excellence.
Your role
Your primary objective is to manage the operations of Logistics Control Center (LCC), ensuring we meet customers’ key performance indicators (KPI) + strive for productivity improvements while focusing on the following key tasks.
Your responsibilities
To ensure the smooth implementation of new business + satisfactory KPI for respective projects.
To manage the existing business in a controlled commercial + operational environment.
To continuously improve operational performance in order to maximize our gain + achieve customer excellence.
To work with other teams to ensure a structured plan for the introduction of new business.
To work with the business manager + new customers to ensure that every stakeholder is aware of their responsibilities.
To present the capabilities of the LCC to both internal + external visitors.
To uphold the standard of the LCC as a showcase for what we can deliver to our customers
Who we are looking for
Your strong leadership + continuous improvement mindset, along with your knowledge of 4PL solutions + stakeholder relationships will be the key to your success.
