Every year, Otis hires and trains more than 200 apprentices in France.
During your apprenticeship, you will be tutored and still working with autonomy on high-value projects.
Otis is putting focus on the modernization activity as a growth driver in the coming year. As part of the Sales & Marketing global team, the candidate will be helping the sales and marketing team to capture the high business potential of existing elevators in need of renovation . The mission will involve the candidate in the exciting transformation of Otis with several projects that are game changers for Otis Business. The candidate will hold a cross functional position, interacting with regions across the globe (Americas, China, APAC, EMEA), factories, strategy teams, communication agencies and Otis leadership.
MAIN MISSIONS
Modernization value proposition definition
Help structuring Otis’ value proposition and key differentiators by customer type
Create a playbook summarizing sales & marketing global guidance
Help building training materials and competitive analysis
Sales collaterals rebranding and digitalization supports
Coordinate of the creation of new collaterals with new mod branding
Administrate the new internal digital tool “Sales hub” with regions
Support the creation of content for digital campaign and coordinate with ordinate with the global digital marketing teams
Propose and support the developing innovative promotion tools (3D apps…)
Modernization sales & marketing policy execution
Support regions in activating global sales & marketing guidance by deploying the playbook, intranet sites, training programs…
Deploy new collaterals and ensure alignment / translation across regions
Build KPIs reporting and follow-up impact on results
MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED
Fully fluent in English is a must
Very good writing ability
Design abilities
PowerPoint abilities
Photoshop / InDesign abilities would be appreciated
