En tant que Technicien Travaux OTIS ONE H/F, vous piloterez l’installation des systèmes connectés OTIS ONE (écrans interactifs OTIS ONE, haut-parleurs, microphones) auprès des sous-traitants.

OTIS ONE, c’est une technologie innovante qui permet de proposer des solutions sur-mesure à leurs clients en tirant le meilleur parti de l’IoT (l’Internet des Objets) et de l’historique des données de leurs ascenseurs.

Rattaché au Responsable d'Activité Sous-Traitance, vous interviendrez sur Paris intramuros ainsi que sur la petite couronne.

Vous serez garant technique auprès des sous-traitants d'OTIS en apportant votre support et votre expertise produit (en lien avec les équipes de la Direction Technique et du centre d'appels).

Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez

• •Effectuer l’installation et la mise en service des systèmes connectés OTIS : dépose du système existant, finalisation de l'installation, programmation auprès du centre d'appel ;

• Apporter votre support auprès des clients : assistance téléphonique, vérification à distance de la bonne mise en service du système, résolution des problèmes ;

• Faire la démonstration du fonctionnement du matériel au client.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

• Justifier d'au minimum 6 mois d'expérience dans le secteur de l'ascenseur, idéalement en travaux,

• Avoir une expérience dans les systèmes de téléalarmes/télésurveillances est un plus sur ce poste,

• Le permis B est obligatoire,

• Disposer d’un sens relationnel développé, être curieux et savoir travailler en autonomie au sein d’un collectif.
