Continental Purchasing Automation and AI Analyst in Otrokovice 2, Czech Republic

As a member of our global Processes & Systems team you will drive automation projects within indirect material purchasing, by implementing and using robotic process automation and artificial intelligence technologies. You will be the interface between internal customers and IT as well the internal consultant for increasing efficiency and quality in our tool and process landscape.

Main tasks:

  • Analyze purchasing processes for automation potential

  • Promote Automation Technologies

  • Prepare Trainings (e.g. Power Automate, AI Assistants)

  • Evaluate automation ideas

  • Develop Automation Concepts (PDDs) considering available Technologies, Systems and Processes

  • Steer Development with IT (Product Owner, Business Review)

  • Align Development with Internal Customers (Business Review, Testing)

  • Testing with internal customers

  • Follow Up with different communities to stay up to date with available solutions (e.g. Knowledge broker, RPA Developer, Conti GPT)

  • Build own business solutions using available low code platforms (e.g. Power Automate, Knime)

  • Monitoring of existing low code solutions

  • Evaluate Incidents

  • Specify change requests

  • Perform testing

  • Fulfill change requests (vendors, cpmg) from Buyers for Rabbit

  • Maintain Plants for CEOS Freetext automation via ME59 in PSR

  • Request and manage functional accounts for robot user

  • Ensure that internal and external Governance standards are being fulfilled (e.g. Workers Council, Data Protection, Cyber Security, EU AI Act)

  • Monitor large language models

  • Setup and monitor of quality criteria for AI solutions

  • Onboarding of internal and external stakeholder

  • Manage Rollout of AI Solutions

  • Collect and Manage new requirements and improvements on AI Solutions

  • Academic degree in engineering, economics or IT

  • First experience with process automation projects

  • Experience with strategic and operational purchasing processes (or similiar, e.g. Sales) helpful

  • Experience with working in projects helpful

  • Experience in an international Environment

  • Knowledge in Automation Tools (e.g. Power Automate, Knime, UIPath)

  • Knowledge about Purchasing Process

  • Good handling with MS Office software as well as, knowledge in SAP desirable

  • Affinity for IT and new technologies (e.g. AI)

  • Project Management
