Position Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill the role of * Shipper/Receiver.*

A successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and be self-motivated to get the job done with limited supervision.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver best-in-class service to our customers

  • Package and ship outbound tool repairs daily

  • Receive incoming tool repairs daily

  • Data Entry as it applies to signing in repairs

  • Perform cycle counts for inventory accuracy

  • Conduct warranty assessments and instant tool replacements

  • Maintain clean, safe, warehouse environment

  • Continuously develop and maintain a strong product knowledge

What You Will Bring

  • Must possess effective business communication skills, initiative, and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to learn quickly and operate effectively in a fast paced enviroment

  • Outgoing – excels in end-user engagement and conflict resolutions

  • Strong computer skills

  • Highly organized

  • Reach truck/forklift experience

  • Team-oriented and also be capable of working independently
