Our team in Owatonna, MN is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst who assists with the management, direction, and evaluation of financial activities of the corporation At a minimum you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum of five (5) years of related accounting or other finance experience Strong analytical, problem resolution, and excel skills Solid communication and organizational skills Ability to effectively partner with professionals in all areas of the business It'd be great if you also have: CPA and/or Master's degree Manufacturing Background Preferred experience with EPICOR ERP system Preferred experience with PowerBI and financial reporting software Professional certifications and audit experience are a plus As a Senior Finance Analyst a typical day might include: Key role in Financial Planning & Analysis activities for the company, includes monthly reporting, quarterly compliance reporting, ad hoc requests, annual financial budget Lead preparation of monthly reporting to Board of Directors, Executive team, and broader Leadership team Business partner with all levels of the organization to provide real time data/analysis to drive decision-making Research and prepare variance analysis and explanations Responsible for performing some month end accounting entries and account reconciliations Report writing, consolidation and analyzing of financial information Assist in monitoring compliance of accounting policies and reconciliations and advise management of needed changes to maintain proper internal control Assist in providing information for the annual financial audit and tax filings Opportunity to significantly increase involvement and impact on budget, forecast, and annual strategic plan process Benefit offerings include: Paid Time Off 9 Paid Holidays Generous Profit Sharing Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Spending Accounts HSA, FSA, DCFSA Company Paid Short-term and Long-term Disability Insurance 401k Retirement Plan with Company Match Company Paid Life Insurance Supplemental Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program Put your passion to work in an exciting, rewarding industry that inspires innovation today!
