General Responsibilities/Requirements:
Commitment to safety, having a positive attitude towards safety policies
High School Diploma, GED, or ability to pass in-house test
Able to work outdoors in extreme conditions, such as heat, cold, humidity.
Previous equipment operating experience (loader)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ensure safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task.
Preform pre-shift inspection of equipment.
Able to work flexible hours including weekends/overtime/nights.
Willing to preform labor duties on occasion per management.
Follow directions of supervisor as to daily task and expectations for each specific project/jobsite.
Willing to train and cross train coworkers as requested.
Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Move, load, and handle materials with the use of a front-end loader and occasionally other large machinery.
Responsible for transporting material
Perform daily checks and maintenance on loaders, such as lubricating, checking fluid levels, fueling, and cleaning.
Assist the plant team with plant maintenance and special projects at the plant site
Adhere to OSHA rules and regulations and wear proper safety equipment.
Perform other job responsibilities as assigned.
