The primary objectives of this position include, but are not limited to site inspections, safety audits, accident investigations and documentation, safety training, issuance of PPE, personal injury investigations, implementation of emergency action plans, corrective actions, disciplinary actions and maintain current knowledge of safety rules and regulations. He or She will assist field supervisors, foreman with daily activities, as well as other projects assigned. The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience and valid certifications and qualifications in the construction industry. Each candidate shall comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant to Cal/OSHA which are applicable to his/her own actions and conduct. This is a full-time position. In addition, a company vehicle is provided. An evaluation may be made after a 90-day probationary period.
