Job Description
Day to day:
The Quality Engineer will be part of the project core team - reporting into the quality leader for this project - they will be responsible for interfacing with the project leader and with other stakeholders R&D, engineering, manufacturing, other quality reps, and other SMES. The activities will be to identify relevant information for the transfer, understanding what the process is currently for descending site and how this process will be transferring to new site, and identifying gaps, inconsistences, fit the old processes into the new. In general, the process starts with a quality plan/transfer quality plan where we have a list of identified actives to take care of, some of these activities will not be applicable because of scope, and this person will identify what's not required and take care of the rest that are. Activities include Inspection planning, records and document transfer, process validation, test method validation.

Skills and Requirements
Required skills:
Inspection planning experience
Understanding physical to quality features of products this person will be working on power tools
Experience with process validation and qualifications
Technical writing/strong documentation skills
Required Soft Skills:
Leadership
Ability to proactively work on activities that will help drive the project
Strong communication
Attention to detail for documentation
Ability to work on a team an independently with minimal supervision null
