Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the operations manager and eventually leading a team of customer service representatives. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable to various tasks, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Assist the operations manager with daily tasks and administrative duties.
Provide outstanding customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Assist with inventory management and vehicle inspections as needed.
Requirements
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
