Baystate Health, western Massachusetts’s premier healthcare provider, and home to Baystate Wing Hospital (BWH), a 74-bed community hospital. BWH offers 24-hour emergency care and a broad range of inpatient, outpatient and behavioral health services located in Palmer, MA and is looking for an Per Diem, Physical Therapist to join our Team !
Department Description:
Assists inpatients and outpatients in reaching maximum physical performance while adjusting to disabilities or recovering from injuries. Treats patients using standard physical therapy procedures. Determines patients capabilities needs interests and goals and prepares individually tailored programs consistent with the physician's diagnosis. At this level incumbent is expected to function independently. This description covers the essential functions of the position. Incumbent is expected to perform other similar and related duties as assigned.

Various hours between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, including weekend coverage
Position located at Baystate Wing Hospital, Palmer, MA
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Current Massachusetts-Allied Health Professionals-Physical Therapist License
CPR - Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association required
Previous Physical Therapist experience
