Primary Function: Troubleshoot and repair electrical, controls and instrumentation equipment as required
Secondary Function: Perform preventative maintenance on electrical, controls and instrumentation equipment as scheduled
Perform new installations of same equipment
Perform repairs as assigned by supervisor
The key qualifications and skills for this position include:
- Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of pneumatic, mechanical, electronic instrumentation, and electrical control
- Trouble-shooting skills and experience repairing various electrical systems.
- Ability to identify, test, repair, or install elements used in electrical and process control equipment.
- Ability to identify, select and use calibration equipment.
- Excellent trouble-shooting skills.
- Being detail oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to effectively work independently.
Ability to work overtime, off-shift, and assist with shutdowns
