Responsibilities:

  • The Lobby Ambassador supports our Workplace team with various front desk, security and admin tasks. Lobby Appearance:Lobby Ambassadors are responsible for maintaining a pleasant, clean, and businesslike appearance.Guest Activity:• The Lobby Ambassador will provide visitors, contractors, guests, and callers with professional, courteous and prompt assistance.• Ensure everyone that enters possesses a badge (i.e., Employee, Temporary, Guest Badge). • Make sure visitors sign in using the visitor management system and complete the NDA.• The Lobby Ambassador is responsible for notifying Employees or Contractors that they have guests waiting for them in the lobby.• Handle commute and parking related questions and concerns.• Prompt response to slacks and emails.• Provide resolution and forwarding of voicemails and concerns. • Understand evacuation protocols and assist the Emergency Response team.• Assist with mail and other deliveries throughout the day. Administrative & Workplace Solutions Support:• The Lobby ambassador is available to work on various projects for employees (please discuss with safety and security lead) and workplace solutions staff (i.e., holiday gifts, passing out Swag, ordering/maintaining supplies, etc.)• Post and distribute signage for events as needed.• Interact with cross functional teams.• Submit facility work orders as identified by the Lobby Ambassador or employees.• Understand work layouts and suggest updates to floor plans.• Conduct daily walkthroughs/audits at the beginning and end of shifts audits. Clean/straighten all conference rooms.Safety & Security:• Lobby Ambassador will assure security policies and procedures are strictly enforced.• Make sure all Bikes and Scooters are secure and maintain check-in/checkout logs.• Monitor security cameras and keep the global security operation center informed of issues.• Complete Daily pass down with Grave and Swing Shift Security Patrols.• Print Badges as requested.• Comply with employee Temporary badge policies.• Maintain lobby emergency reference information.• Maintain all key logs and ensure lobby cabinets and lockbox are secure at the end of the day. • Assists with all access control issues• Work with the Workplace team on parking for special events.

    Qualifications:

  • Exhibits exceptional customer service skills.

  • Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and attitude.

  • Exhibits superior verbal communication and phone skills.

  • Customer service, reception, front desk or security experience preferred.

  • 1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Software (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to change in the work environment.

  • Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team player and service-oriented; builds strong working relationships.

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at one time.

  • Proven ability to remain calm under pressure; resilient.

  • Sound judgment and problem-solving ability.

  • Able to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.
