Job Summary
Maintains an established Earned Value Management Process/System for a portfolio of programs.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for maintaining an established, ANSI/EIA-748-D Earned Value Management Process/System. Updates each respective project's Program Plan working with appropriate task leaders and supporting organizations. Maintains the master plan consisting of detailed schedules, work packages, Work Breakdown Structures, milestones, and time-phased costs for each work package. The project will be managed utilizing Primavera's Project Management software for EVM. Responsible for tracking actual cost data and performing technical analysis by work package, cost account, and cost category. Delivers results on month-to-month analysis, and develop/submit reports as outlined in the Performance Work Statement.
Qualifications and Skills
Required knowledge and years of experience
Must have at least ten (10) years of experience. Must have experience with Navy ERP (NERP), Enterprise Data Warehouse, NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS), and procurement processing and tracking processes.

Certifications
Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) - Issued by the American Society of Military Comptrollers
