Pay Rate: $20.73/hour Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Receive instructions from welding supervisor and "A" Welders Fit and assemble parts using appropriate welding techniques and equipment Clean and prepare surfaces for welding, ensuring parts are welded to required tolerance Maintain a clean and organized work area Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 85 pounds Meet or exceed production standards with minimal supervision Work scheduled shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly Qualifications: Ability to pass company entry-level welding and tape tests Understand verbal and written orders Weld clean, high-quality, certifiable products Count, sort, and read blueprints Complete inventory tickets and set up welding machines Possess manual dexterity skills High school diploma or GED 1 year or less experience in welding, preferably with 6 months of formal training In addition to competitive pay, we offer weekly paydays, a supportive local team, employee discounts, referral bonuses, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and 401K options.
