Your key responsibilities
Define the business development plan, based on information of marketing, industry and sustainability managers and networks into the French & Spainish/DACH dairy & beef, retail and food service sectors.
Develop, explore and build new business models to fully capture the unique value of a feed additive which predominantly delivers a substantially lower carbon footprint
Develop contacts and build relationships with targeted customers in the region; Identify, establish and manage collaborations with the feed industry, dairy & beef companies, food service and retailers.
Function as spider in the web to deliver on the collaborations and convert into first sales; Implement Bovaer® customer projects together in alignment with customers, farmers, DSM ANH and F&B/HNC colleagues, Feed Companies, Scientific Institutes, Carbon Foot-printing Tools and associations.
Create a pull and push strategy in the regional market · Support the development of service offering around the product (e.g. inclusion in carbon accounting systems); Develop the relationships with relevant national and regional authorities and carbon accounting frameworks in the regional markets
Keep all internal stakeholders informed to ensure optimal overall business performance to the customers; Collaborate with DSM Ruminant & Premix Experts teams to support the delivery of Bovaer to the feed mill/farmer/cow
Contribute to development of a new business model, which is based around products and services that lower the GHG footprint of dairy and beef

You Bring
MSc degree with a strong affinity with the Dairy business, ideally in combination with Retail and/or Food Service experience.
5-10 years’ work experience at the intersection of Dairy, Retail, Food Service, Feed & Sustainability.
A self-driven individual that is goal-focused and enjoys face-to-face customer interaction.
Strong project management skills with interdisciplinary teams; Bring a start-up mentality, act entrepreneurial and shape the opportunity.
1-3 year experience in sustainability projects in Dairy, Retail or Food Service is a plus .
Flexibility for trips 50% of time (across France & Spain/DACH/EU).
Experience in developing new business.
