Shop Manager Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the shop\
- Ensure excellent customer service through phone etiquette and
in-person interactions\
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses\
- Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust stock levels and pricing
accordingly\
- Train and supervise employees to ensure they provide high-quality
service\
- Manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours\
- Ensure that the shop is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all
times
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills\
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills\
- Proficiency in math for inventory management and financial reporting\
- Time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet
deadlines\
- Previous experience in retail or customer service management
preferred\
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
