Job Summary:

Lift Park City is a new, high-end luxury residential property in Canyons Resort. Primarily responsible for the overall operation of the Lift Property, including directing Staff and ensuring the world-class standards for Lift Park City are maintained or exceeded. Assists Property Manager with operation of the HOA and Lift property. Professionally manages the residences in the VR Rental Management program. Builds long-term, mutually respectful relationships with all Lift owners.

Job Specifications:

  • Outlet: Park City UT

  • Expected Pay Range: The budgeted range starts at $52,000.00 - $59,660.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time / Year Round

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains world-class standards of hospitality and guest service to guests, owners, and internal customers.

  • Adheres to and models Vail Resorts Core Values and finds ways to build relationships with owners and guests using the 4 Emotions for Hospitality.

  • Hires, trains, schedules, develops and evaluates all Lift staff to meet or exceed the extraordinarily high service levels and productivity standards and goals required by Lift.

  • A leader in ensuring we operate safely. Follows all safety policies and procedures.

  • Works to provide an impeccable and professional looking property.

  • Ensures maintenance of timely and accurate record keeping (LMS, payroll, EPro, security systems, owner files, owner charges, Non-Zs, Success Factors, Medallia, On Base, Maintenance Connection, Chargerback, journal entries).

  • Works closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance departments to promptly meet the extraordinarily high expectations of our owners, rental management clients, and guests.

  • Assists Property Manager with Association matters, budgeting and forecasting.

  • Assists with Owner Reservations and collection and input of annual Owner Use Calendars.

  • Assists in inspection, inventory and yearly assessments of rental units.

  • Orders and maintain supply inventory.

  • Completes other tasks/duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or higher in a related field; or two years related experience and/or training or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Ability to revise procedural processes and think creatively to improve operations regularly

  • Ability to write and interpret routine reports and provide critical feedback as required

  • Ability to maintain composure and focus within a fast paced, constantly changing work environment

  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office System to create advanced reporting and analytical methods

  • Ability to type for extended periods of time and complete work at a computer station.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

  • Ability to lift 20 lbs

The expected pay range is $52,000.00 - $59,660.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
