Job Summary:

This supervisory position (Lift Electrical Team Lead) is an integral part of the Lift Electrical Management team, supporting the electrical maintenance of the resort network of lifts. Reporting to and working in partnership with the Lift Electrical Supervisor, the Team Lead will provides direct supervision to a team of Lift Electrical personnel. The team lead additionally will assist with all facets of maintenance on our system of lifts to ensure the safe and reliable transportation of our guests and employees in support of resort performance.

  • Expected Pay Range: $23.00 - $38.49 / hour

  • Shift & Schedule Availability:  Full Time

  • Skill Level: Team Lead

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assigning, directing, and supervision of a Lift Electrical team in the performance of all routine and assigned maintenance procedures

  • Supports the Lift Electrical Department by assisting and making recommendations with respect to hiring, performance management, evaluation, and discipline of Lift Electrical Department personnel,

  • Scheduling, directing and assisting with approval of overtime; reviewing and approving time off requests

  • Supports the professional growth and skill development of their team by providing ongoing training

  • Ensures lift electrical maintenance tasks performed by employees are completed in compliance with company, state, and federal rules and regulations

  • Responsible for recording all information of work performed on lifts and submitting in a timely manner

  • Be able to follow, lead and execute safety and risk management policies and procedures

  • Responsible for immediately communicating all abnormal or unusual conditions, incidents, observations or system malfunctions through Lift Electrical leadership

  • Other duties as assigned, including zone coverage and assisting with lift electrical maintenance tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Lift Electrics

  • Prior leadership experience preferred

  • Excellent knowledge of hydraulics, rigging, and troubleshooting skills

  • Must have or ability to obtain a valid US driver's license

  • Ability to work efficiently at heights

  • Able to work outdoors in adverse mountain winter weather conditions

  • Must be willing to work flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, evening shifts, overtime, etc.

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $23.00 - $38.49. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
