Kelly Services Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Pasadena, California

Location: Pasadena, CA 91107

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay rate: $19-20.00ph

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and correspondence

  • Primarily incoming calls from homecare providers regarding enrollment and eligibility for their health insurance

  • Resolve all aspects of customer inquiries, provide accurate and timely responses

  • Enter accurate information into the database

  • Collaborate with various staff members to ensure seamless operations.

  • Maintain records and ensure proper documentation.

  • Light administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and envelope packing

  • Handle email and phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous Call Center or Customer Service experience, 2yr- Bilingual in English and Spanish required

  • Microsoft Office proficient

  • 35 wpm- Background screen (live scan) after acceptance of job offer
