Location: Pasadena, CA 91107
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay rate: $19-20.00ph
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and correspondence
Primarily incoming calls from homecare providers regarding enrollment and eligibility for their health insurance
Resolve all aspects of customer inquiries, provide accurate and timely responses
Enter accurate information into the database
Collaborate with various staff members to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain records and ensure proper documentation.
Light administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and envelope packing
Handle email and phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous Call Center or Customer Service experience, 2yr- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Microsoft Office proficient
35 wpm- Background screen (live scan) after acceptance of job offer
