General Profile

  • The Collections Senior Supervisor will lead a team of Senior Collections Analysts in performing several vital activities related to Team's AR Portfolio and account aging, coordination and resolution on billing discrepancy, deductions and over payments, credit and order hold as well as on team's management on unapplied cash.

  • The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining good communications and relations with both internal and external customers and in handling customer escalations

  • The individual will also exercise good judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.

  • Acts as the team’s collections and dispute management Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Train, assist, and guide the team on reconciling transactions and/or accounts & resolving dispute cases.

  • Collaborates with internal management for department initiatives and discussions for process improvement.

  • Participates in communications with the client and other departments.

  • Liaises with other teams and departments for team administration.

  • Supports Senior Manager in day-to-day administrative activities.

  • Performs other duties as assigned
