Our Customer Experience department in Pasco, WA is now looking for a Customer Experience Representative. Key Tasks Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks. Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience. Typically requires a general education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training. Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments. Process quotes, parts orders, chair orders and returns when applicable within the region. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Follow directions, procedures, and instructions for all work assignments. Work as a team and maintain professionalism at all levels in the organization. Maintain regular and predictable attendance; report to work on time. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Duties and responsibilities may change from time to time. Your Background Minimum of at least 2-4 years' experience of customer support. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Services Representative. High school diploma or GED Proficiency in the English language (written and oral); strong grammar skills. Ability to communicate with a pleasant voice and in a professional manner. Attention to detail and ability to perform accurate work. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and records. Ability to work independently, self-starter, with minimal supervision.
