Position Summary
The role under the Total Rewards Team is responsible for supporting the operation of the HRIS Team in the day-to-day analysis, execution and communication of programs related to HRIS. This role is to perform SuccessFactors (HRIS) maintenance, administrative, and configuration type of activities. This includes but not limited to updating cost centers, batch loading updates, interfaces, complex reporting, periodic audit of data in SF to ensure data integrity within HR information systems, and other related projects/tasks or HR related systems. This role will work with a global HR Team, 3 rd party vendors, IT, Payroll and Legal.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities will include but is not limited to:
Work with vendors and internal stakeholders (such as HR Business Partners)
Internal Subject Matter Expert on HRIS systems and processes
Ongoing maintenance/administrative SuccessFactors support
Manage day-to-day HR requests (ServiceNow)
Coordinate / participate in the audit process, as required
Provide systems support to the Talent Rewards Team
Collaborate with IT Partners to identify and solve issues
What we are looking for
We are looking for a team member with:
a strong communication skills that can communicate effectively and comfortably in English, both written and verbal.
a strong background in a HRIS tool/system like SuccessFactors Employee Central. Having background in other SuccessFactors modules is advantageous.
Strong customer service focus
Analytical approach and strong analytical skills
Proficient in Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in driving process optimization projects and following an approach of continuous improvement.
Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field is preferred.
