North Country HealthCare is transforming health care for rural Arizona
as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. We
provide Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Dental,
Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services to the under-served
population throughout northern Arizona. We believe in practicing

vulnerable rural populations in the United States while supporting North

Paysonis a town of 16,000 people located about 90 miles northeast of
Phoenix, Arizona. Have the benefit of small town mountain living with
the amenities of a major city in Phoenix AZ only an 90 minutes away. It
is home to Tonto National Bridge in the shadow of the Mogollon Rim,
which geographically divides the southern and northern halves of the
state. This creates diverse habitats of cool pine forests,
high-elevation lakes, canyons, and a warmer desert climate. Locals enjoy
various outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, snow, and water
sports.

- Attractive total compensation package ranging from \$205,000.00 to
\$225,000.00 dependent on program incentives during first year of
practice.

To become a part of our dedicated clinic team, you need the following
qualifications:
- MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
residency
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal
Medicine
- Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
