Job Title: Construction Laborer
Job Description
We specializes in pool and waterpark construction, as well as water treatment facilities. We are seeking millwrights to set up structures for water slides and diving boards, form carpenters to set forms for concrete structures, and solid construction laborers who can learn the trade while contributing in all areas.
Responsibilities
Assist in the construction of pools, waterparks, and water treatment facilities.
Set up structures for water slides and diving boards.
Set forms for vertical concrete projects.
Perform general labor tasks including concrete finishing, rebar tying, and structural assembly.
Utilize hand and power tools for various construction tasks.
Read and interpret blueprints for construction projects.
Perform structural welding and rigging as needed.
Essential Skills
Experience in construction, concrete work, and general labor.
Proficiency in millwright tasks and form carpentry.
Skilled in using hand tools and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Knowledge of concrete finishing and rebar tying.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Form Carpenter: 3-5 years of experience building and setting plywood forms for vertical concrete projects.
Laborers: 1-2 years of construction or hard manual labor experience.
Concrete Laborers: 2-3 years of concrete experience, including rebar tying, form setting, and finishing.
Millwright: 2-4 years of experience in general millwright construction, preferably with an agricultural experience.

Work Environment
The schedule consists of four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, from 7am to 5pm. Travel is required for the Pender Crew, with $135/day per diem when traveling over 60 miles from Pender. You will be traveling a significant portion of the time, 80-90%, with all work performed in Eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
