THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As an Enterprise Incident Manager within the Office of Administration's Network Unified Telecommunications Security Operations division, you will oversee incident management and support for network, security, voice, and compute services. You will ensure that all activities align with the Governor's Policy Office objectives and enterprise policies. This position involves developing strategies for effective incident management and supervising the Enterprise Monitoring Section responsible for continuous status availability of OIT services. You will have the opportunity to lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with public policy and enterprise standards. Additionally, you will be tasked with both short-term and long-term strategic support for incident management and system monitoring.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment

  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.

  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, two or three days per week, based on operational needs. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

  • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • Eleven years of professional information technology experience;or

  • Seven years of professional information technology experience and a bachelor’s degree;or

  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.

    Additional Requirements:

  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.
