TEKsystems is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Quality Control Specialist in Collections with a Fortune 100 Credit Union in Pensacola, FL!
Description:
To serve as an internal consultant providing quality control and support for Collections Counselors, Supervisors, and Management. Monitor, document, and evaluate member interactions across multiple media (e.g., phone calls, Collections Systems, eMessage, etc.) to determine service quality (e.g., completeness, accuracy, compliance, etc.). Analyze monitoring results and member journeys to deliver insights that streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the member experience. To provide broad organizational support and respond to inquiries and requests from internal customers within the Collections division. Works under supervision.
Qualifications:
HS Diploma Required
2-3 years of recent customer service experience
Experience in Collections is highly preferred
Must have proficient communication skills, written and verbal
Detail oriented
Schedule: Monday - Friday, schedule can be anywhere from 6AM-6PM
