Job Title: Change Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to implement organizational change initiatives that enable the organization to achieve greater performance.
Responsibilities
Conducting needs analysis and impact assessment to determine the most effective approach for implementing change.
Providing consultation and recommendations to stakeholders to manage organizational change.
Influencing and leading people to adopt the organization's change initiatives to attain business results.
Carrying out organizational change programs and activities and ensuring consistent and timely execution of change implementation plans.
Essential Skills
Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
Knowledge of organizational change management principles.
Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
5 years of experience in organizational Change Management, running Change Management projects independently.
Certified in Change Management is a huge plus.
4-year college degree (would consider a 2-year degree with more experience).
Self-starter with great communication skills.
Previous experience in the industry is highly preferred but not required.
Experience with Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Project Management.
Work Environment
The position is 100% onsite with an 8am-3pm schedule (some flexibility). You may work out of other sites but not in Chicago. The team is growing due to the high demand for projects, and this addition aims to support this growth. You will collaborate with the best minds in the industry, engage in meaningful work, and continuously develop through various opportunities. This role offers the chance to do work that truly matters.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
