Here’s a snapshot of your day:
Prepare accurate tenders for multi-discipline commercial projects, M&E, FM, construction, or critical environment.
Estimate project quantities and costs and identify discrepancies in the tender schedule.
Provide technical inputs to ensure the timely completion of estimates.
Assist with proposed traffic staging, construction methodologies and programme for non-price criteria.
Carry out site inspections, attend client briefings and maintain relationships with Clients, Subcontractors & Suppliers.
Assist Project Managers in the financial administration of contracts.
The Ideal Candidate
Tertiary qualifications in engineering, building and construction or similar related qualifications.
Experience using Expert Estimation.
Demonstrated history of delivering winning tenders.
Current C-Class Driver’s License.
